How long does it take to have my first meeting with a counselor?
Most clients can be seen within 48 working
hours.
How much does counseling cost?
Your initial session will cost $160.
Each additional 50-minute session is $120.
A 30-minute session is $60.
Fees may be negotiated and payment plans are available. These details
can be discussed with your counselor.
Do you accept insurance?
Most major insurance companies are accepted.
This includes Medicaid.
If you want to know about your specific insurance company, please
call us.
Do you file my insurance for me?
Yes, as long as you provide us with your insurance information. Please
bring your insurance card to your 1st appointment.
How often will I be billed?
You will be sent a bill on a monthly basis.
Do you have a payment
plan?
Yes. To set up a payment plan, you may speak with your counselor.
Who
has access to my information?
Law requires us to keep your medical information private except when billing to your insurance company and/or
when you give us written permission to share your information with someone.

are you located, and is there parking?
We are located at 1050 North 3rd Street, Suite B-1.
We are located within the Benchmark Building
and parking is available.
What are your hours?
Each counselor sets her own hours. Most counselors are available as early as 8:00 a.m.
and as late as 7:00 p.m. Some weekend hours may also be available.
Do you charge for a consultation?
We offer a free thirty (30) minute consultation
for you to discuss your concerns with a counselor. During this time you and your counselor will have a chance to
get to know one another and see you believe you can work together to resolve your concerns.
